General House Rules

Noise & Karaoke Policy

• Quiet hours are observed from 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM

• No karaoke or loud music during quiet hours

• Please maintain respectful noise levels at all times

Energy Saving & Responsible Use

• Turn off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the villa

• Conserve water during your stay (e.g., reusing towels, short showers)

• Keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is on

Trash Disposal & Cleanliness

• Use designated bins for proper waste disposal

• Help keep the beach, pool, and common areas clean

• Avoid bringing food into the pool and beach areas unless permitted

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villas or within the pool area

• Kindly use designated smoking areas if needed

Pets

•  Pets are not allowed in any part of the property

Fire Safety

• No open flames or personal bonfires allowed outside designated areas

• Use kitchen appliances with care and unplug when done

Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to furnishings, appliances, or non-complimentary items

• Charges may apply for repair or replacement

Lost & Found

• The Beach House is not responsible for lost personal items

• Please keep valuables secured at all times

Occupancy Limits

• Each villa has a specific guest capacity

• Please inform management in advance of additional guests; excess guests may be subject to approval and additional fees

Pool Rules & Regulations

To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please follow these pool guidelines:

Pool Hours

• Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Swimwear & Hygiene

• Proper swimwear required (no street clothes)

• Shower before entering the pool

• No urinating, spitting, or blowing nose in the pool

Supervision & Safety

• Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult

• No diving or jumping, running, or rough play in or around the pool

Food & Beverages

• No glass containers or alcohol in the pool area

• Consume food and drinks in designated areas only

Floatation Devices

• Only approved floatation devices are allowed

• Avoid oversized inflatables that obstruct others

Health Concerns

• No entry for individuals with open wounds or contagious conditions

• Change diapers in designated areas only

Emergency & Closure

• Follow management instructions during emergencies

• The pool may be closed during inclement weather or maintenance
